When the People are afraid of the Government, you have Tyranny; when the Government is afraid of the People, you have Liberty
Problem: Tax Code
Objective: Simplify the Tax Code making it fair, simple, and nondiscriminatory.
Solution: Eliminate the 74,000 page tax code and rewrite it to fit on an index card. X% for all citizens based on income (flat tax) OR X% added to purchases (fair tax). NO DEDUCTIONS, NO WRITE-OFFS, NO LOOPHOLES !!!!

Problem: We pay too much Federal Taxes
Objective: Lower tax rates putting more money in the citizens pocket
Solution: Flat tax or Fair tax. Eliminate all other Federal Taxes!!!

Problem: America spends more than its revenue.
Objective: Balance the Budget
Solution: A budget must be agreed upon by Congress before the start of the new fiscal year. The most it can be is 100% of the previous years GDP. The politicians will not and can not hold America hostage. They will do their job! If the Budget is not passed Congress does not get paid and are fined on a daily basis. In the meantime the previous budget will be in force paying only what is essential.

Problem: Government is too big
Objective. : Reduce the size of Government
Solution: Eliminate entire agencies like Department of Education, Department of Energy, Department of Transportation sending these powers back to the individual States. Combine the Federal Reserve, IRS, and The Treasury Department; having Congress oversee all their activities and making them accountable to We The People. Government will naturally be reduced by balancing the budget, States will be getting back all Powers foolishly given to the Federal Government, and more money will be added back to the upcoming budget.

Problem: Government spends too much money
Objective: Reduce Government Spending
Solution: By balancing the budget and by reducing the size of Government we are off to a great start of cutting Government spending. Next, we must eliminate foreign Country welfare, Corporate welfare, and nonsense unnecessary spending. Every penny spent will need to be re-evaluated. We are on a tight budget and important decisions need to be made. This is the work of the 535 and more likely their most important job. If a new Bill is passed it must be funded by cutting already budgeted items or by previous allotted budget numbers in reserves. If a Bill can’t be funded the Bill can’t be passed.
Problem: Candidates raise ridiculous amounts of campaign funds causing them to be bound to their monetary supporters.
Objective: Cut the financial “deals” between Politicians and Special Interests. When money exchanges hands deals are implied.
Solution: Senate Campaigns are capped at $100,000 and House of Representatives are capped at $50,000. These limits are the maximum allowed to be spent and raised per candidate.

Problem: Election “Day” has become too long, too complicated to count votes, too prone to corruption and fraud, and causing no trust in the election system.
Objective: Simplify Election Day getting it back to pre-Covid structure, giving it back integrity and the ease of counting votes.

Problem: College tuition too expensive
Objective: make College more affordable for all especially lower income
Solution: Education is the answer to getting out of poverty. If a College accepts Government guaranteed funding, they must offer internships to all students that want to work/payoff their tuition. This involves Colleges building relationships with Corporations within the Students field of studies. Not only will this allow students the opportunity to pay down their debts but also provide the students with job experience in their field of studies and the possibility of future full time employment. The second part of this program will be Community Service giving back to their Community 2 days a month for 1 year. The Community Service will once again be focused on their degree. All Government funded loans will be @ 2% interest starting after 4 years of college. Colleges need to invest in their Students. Students need to invest in themselves and give back to the Community. No longer will a college take the revenue from tuition and not have a responsibility to their student after graduation. All will work hand in hand.

Problem: Congressional Redistricting - Gerrymandering
Objective: End Gerrymandering by creating permanent congressional districts per census
Solution:

Problem: Career Politicians
Objective: End Career Politicians
Solution: Term Limits
Additionally no one that serves as President or Congress can accept a position as a lobbyist

Problem: Open Borders and illegal immigration
Objective: Secure all borders and establish legal immigration policies allowing the process to become quicker.
Solution:

Problem: Our money is not based on any standard
Objective: Make the dollar value based on a Standard
Solution: Every Dollar should be secured by Gold, Silver, Titanium, Diamonds or any other valuable commodity. Pick one or all. You can’t just have Fiat money. This will make for a stable dollar. You can’t just print money out thin air. If money is to be printed we would need more of the commodities to back those printed dollars.

Problem: Social Security is running out of money and relies on the younger generations to provide for the older generation.
Objective: Start implementing a new Social Security system in addition to the current system.
Solution: Create individual saving accounts for each citizen untouchable by Congress. Those collecting Social Security now under the old system will have the option of the two systems based on which is more profitable. Eventually over time the new system will always be more profitable and the citizens will have a growing balance in their private account untouchable by the Government and an asset to the Citizen that can be passed on to their family upon death.

Problem: Bills are too large and containing too many items making it impossible to read before voting on it. Also the Bills contain ridiculous amount of “pork”.
Objective: Create Bills with only a singular item to vote on; eliminating passing Bills with 1 good logical item and 17 pieces of “pork”.
Solution: By voting on a singular Bill Congress will cut all pet projects and senseless spending. If the item is worth passing it will pass based on its merit. If a bad Bill is presented it most likely will not pass. The American people will easily see who is voting to waste taxpayers dollars. Nothing can be hidden and everything will be transparent for all to see. No longer will Congress be able to pass a Bill with 3 good things in it and 10 bad things in it. The American people have spoken.

Problem: Winner takes all.
Objective: Base the election results on Congressional Districts.
Solution: In a Congressional District the majority vote will determine the results for that district. The results of the individual districts will determine the winner of that State. In the case of a Presidential Election the winner of the majority of the districts will get the 2 Senate Votes.

Problem: Veterans not treated correctly
Objective: Treat the Hero’s as they deserve.
Solution: Incentives to Corporations when hiring Veterans. Veterans should be able to access any Healthcare facility whether public, private, or VA affiliated hospitals.
