A Righteous Government

Society has forgotten the purpose of a Righteous Government.  We are confusing the original intent of Government laid out in the Constitution which was “to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure Domestic tranquility, provide for the Common Defense, promote General Welfare, and Secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.”  It certainly was not to have a large intrusive Government whose purpose was to provide all the needs and wants for its citizens.  Certainly was not for all the States to funnel money to the Federal Government just to hope to have a portion of it returned back to the States if the States obeyed every Federal demand.  It is very clearly defined in the Constitution what was a power of the Federal Government and those not defined as power of the Federal Government were left to each individual State.  There is a huge difference between the words “provide” and “promote”.  To provide is to supply and make available while to promote is to support and encourage.  

The Federal Government is not here to provide food, or shelter, or healthcare, or education to its citizens.  The Federal Government is not here to supply foreign aid to other Countries except maybe within a treaty.  The Federal Government is not here to provide funding for Corporations, Energy subsidies, Public Broadcasting TV, among others.  The happiness of the people is the purpose of Government and to improve the lives of its citizens.  So Governments job is to create an atmosphere conducive for opportunity for all but certainly not to create “the opportunity” itself.  When Government creates the opportunity they will be choosing the winners and losers and that is surely not the role of government.  The Founding Fathers knew that government naturally wants to expand and gain power as time goes by but our job as its citizens is to limit that expansion and reign in its power to prohibit the power grab that is inevitable.  We The People have the ultimate power in this Republic not the Politicians and not the Corporations, and not the lobbyist and certainly not the media.  This Republic was set up to ensure that we govern ourselves and that no Tyrannical Government grabs the power!  Unfortunately We the People are failing.  The Federal Government has grown into a prodigious monster that we are now physically being consumed by as the elite Politicians guide us further away from our Republic and Constitution.

The role of government today shifted from protecting the interest of its citizens as a whole to protecting a select few, a specific group, non citizens, to even criminals and law breakers.  The Constitution formed a Republic which acknowledged our God given rights; rights that our Government can never take away.  It applies to every citizen equally down to the smallest minority group.  The Constitution and Declaration of Independence are based on Judeo Christian Law and the values contained within are timeless.  Values preserving Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness do not “go out of style” or become outdated.  Those values are not subject to change with the times.  Times change, situations change, but those values do not!  Those values have provided for the greatest achievements in our History such as ending slavery, reducing poverty, and providing opportunity and safety and Freedom for untold millions of people around the World!  There is no nation on this earth that has done more for mankind and for this world than the United States of America.

Without doubt there have been dark times in our history.  We should never forget the injustices that have been done to people in this Country and around the world.  Because of this many people these days feel guilty for the success of America and have been brainwashed by the media, Hollywood, and our educational system to think that we have not “earned” our success but that we have “robbed” the rest of the world.  That is simply not true.  Yes there is greed and corruption, but the vast majority of American success has come through good old fashioned hard work, American ingenuity and entrepreneurship. 

How much do we know about the Founders of the United States?  The answer probable is not much more than is taught while attending grade school and high school.  Even what we are taught in school is skeptical today because as the education system gets dominated by Liberal Progressive influence the Founders are made to look shady and even evil.  We are at a crossroads in our Country a very pivotal point in American History and we Americans must decide which course to take; the one set by the Founding Fathers ensuring our Liberty and Freedom while empowering “We the People” against a Tyrannical Government, or a Controlling Government that will provide for our everyday essentials if we are willing to sacrifice our Liberty and Freedom for the “good” of the people.  If we do not make an informed conscious decision to keep our Liberty and Freedom, it can be lost for many generations to come or worse possibly forever.  If you really look at our Founding Fathers, their values, and our Constitution you will find many flawed individuals constantly striving to be better and to provide a legacy for many generations of Americans for years to come.  The Founders were not perfect, as they were aware that no human is perfect.  They fashioned the Constitution on their beliefs that there was a higher order that is worth constantly working towards.  They know that people have flaws and weaknesses, yet if there is a worthwhile goal; people are amazingly resilient and resourceful.  The evidence is in their words and actions.  Yes they were human yet they based our great Nation on principles that transcend mere humanity and strive for perfection.  This mindset gave birth to our Constitution, the greatest document ever written.  Why should such values change with the times?  They don’t!  Mankind has always been yearning for Freedom and Liberty and the blueprint was laid out for us in the Constitution.  We were given a Republic, a specific form of a democracy, giving We the People the power governing ourselves.  

So why are some trying to downplay the importance of the Constitution, trying to pervert its intent, saying it is outdated and needs to change to adapt to the shifting of America?  The simple answer is in order to pass or manipulate their agenda; they must make the Constitution irrelevant.  They must cast an image of the Founders negatively and slowly erase our astounding history.  By showing how “wrong” and “outdated” the Constitution is and how “unscrupulous” the Founders were, they open up the pathway to implement their self-serving agenda.  They started to chip away at the Constitution, God, the Founders, and American History to allow for their misdirected power grasp for Americas soul.  They must prove that America is not exceptional, no better than any other Country and they couldn’t be further from the truth.  Every person, every race, every religion, every creed adds to the greatness of America and is part of the American Culture.  Sadly today American culture is downplayed, or frowned upon, or purposely underappreciated.  By doing this it is easy to divide the Nation making unity less important and individual groups more prevalent.   The division and destruction of our bonds that hold us together are purposely done.  Rich vs. Poor, Black vs. White, Gay vs. Straight, Christian vs. Muslim or Atheist, Republican vs. Democrat; the specific groups are not important but the damage they cause is significant.  If you can destroy the Law of the land or diminish the relevance of the Law, make the People conscience on a daily basis and get them to focus on our differences, and make the American History dark and murky; you created an optimal recipe to bring down a Nation.  There is no doubt those trying to weaken America are actually succeeding.  They have successfully divided us.  They have made political correctness a part of our daily routine.  They have us second guessing what makes America great or if we are great, or ever have been great.  Politicians have distracted us from the key important issues like taxes, the economy, America’s debt, our borders, or American production of goods.  Instead Politicians made issues like 72 different genders, what bathrooms men and women can use, and Russian collusion the top priority.  Important stuff like selling American Uranium to Russia goes totally unnoticed by Mainstream Media, and 75% of the Politicians.  What agency or Politician in their right mind would think selling our rare Uranium to Russia is a good idea for America?  We have been lulled to sleep as our Country is transformed right before our faces.  The media who use to be a natural watchdog for corruption has become part of the problem and full of corruption!  The Mainstream Media in America is officially DEAD!  Shame on all those that call themselves investigative reporters; you have failed us, the American people.  They are so partial today they no longer even try to hide which party or politician they support personally.  They blatantly report lies, they fail to report events if those events don’t fit their agenda or go against their agenda, they fix debates so their candidate has a distinct advantage, they openly bash their enemies and viciously mock those with opposing views.  It has gotten to the point where they even cry on air when their candidate loses.  

Politicians make money hand over fist with obvious conflict of interest deals but as long as you are in this select superior elite class you are not held to the same laws the rest of society must live under.  These ravishers line their pockets to the tune of Millions even into the Billions with no regard for the people they represent, knowing that they are stealing the taxpayers’ money for their own personal gain and smugly lie to We The People.  Sure they promise you everything they know you want to hear but their mission is quite clear; steal from We The People at all cost.  Just follow the money!!!  Politicians get into office with a net worth of maybe $1 million and retire 20 years later with a net worth well over $20 million.  They will tell you they made some smart investments through the years which should be easy considering they make the rules and have inside information on decisions directly involving Trillions of dollars.  The ironic part is these smart politicians personally get rich using their incredible minds but collectively these same geniuses push the Country further into debt.  It is very odd that when it comes to their own pockets they are so intelligent to make the correct moves to enrich their lives but somehow these scholars can’t keep America out of debt and ran our National debt up to $30 trillion.  Do you realize how large of a number $30,000,000,000,000 really is??  Let’s put it into relation with time.  If every dollar of our debt equaled 1 SECOND of time and you were stopped at a traffic light, how long would you be at that traffic light waiting for it to turn green?  How about 951,394 years!!!!  What happened to the politicians that loved this Country and made decisions based on what is best for America and not their pockets or personal wealth?  The American people that have been intentionally “dumbed-down” say “Ah that’s just politics”.  No it is not just politics but straight out corruption and we have been trained to look the other way.  Is this the Country you want?  Is this the Country we deserve?  Now is the time to ‘Take back our Country”.

We kill over 700,000 babies a year and pretend that it is only a “blob of cells”, yet proudly show an ultrasound picture to all the family members and friends of that same blob of cells if we want the child.  We take God out of schools, try to wipe away his existence in our everyday life then wonder why our society is in a downward spiral.  We are taxed beyond fair; what is fair?  Is 10% of your salary fair?  The actual number probably is more like 50% of your income earned is paid in taxes of some sort or another.  Is that fair?  Our Founding Fathers rebelled based on a 2% sugar tax, there was no such thing as an Income tax back then.  The Government was not your partner and did not become your partner until 1913.  If you add up every single tax you pay today don’t be surprised to find out that 50% is your magic number.  Yet we accept this as normal.  We use our system to take money from workers and distribute it to those that don’t work but can.  We are leaning towards Socialism and the Politicians love it because they are in total control.  Is this the Country you want?  We have groups burning our flag in protest, desecrating the flag as if it is the right thing to do.  What exactly are they saying by doing this?  Do they love this Country or not?  If not then get the Hell out!  We have political parties voting strictly by party lines, passing Bills without reading them, filled with a ton of pork, written by lobbyist groups or foreign Nations.  Is this your representative government at work?  We have been force-fed that the Police are our enemy, told that white privilege is holding minorities down, have set up sanctuary cities allowing illegal law breakers to be sheltered and protected from the authorities and the Law, we allow bully organizations to abuse common law abiding citizens like the IRS, NSA, and FBI, we have Politicians destroying evidence when subpoenaed, we have agencies being subpoenaed by Congress and they just ignore the subpoena, we have the Courts writing and changing law, we have law makers trying to take away our God-given Rights in the Bill of Rights, we have a government that bails out the banks and picks corporations to bailout with taxpayers monies, we have a government deciding to grant our taxpayers money to businesses they hand choose and deem worthy, we have a government set up a State mandated Healthcare bureaucracy, we exempt Congress from Laws they pass  the rest of society must follow, our Colleges and Universities limit free speech if it doesn’t fit their agenda or they are not in agreement with it; this is the sum of Good Government?   This is what our Founders envisioned?  It is not too late people to reclaim our Country from those that are purposely trying to destroy it.  

We held an election in 2016 that legally was won by a large margin, not even close, yet for 4+ years the opposition party was still trying to reverse the fair outcome by holding a selective witch-hunt and desperately trying to ignore the results, In 2020 we have a month+ election process with a mail in balloting system which encourages fraud and have foreign Nations tallying up the results with software that built in the ability to reverse votes, we impeach a President based on proven corrupt lies by a entire political party and deceiving media, we design and agree with laws written by foreign Nations diluting our sovereignty, we willingly forfeit powers given to the individual States and hand them to the Federal Government putting the States in a position that they must obey the Federal monster, we allowed our Government to be corrupted by money whereas Politicians accept cash or equivalent and pretend that these same Politicians don’t reciprocate with specific favors in exchange for said money, we traded a King for an Oligarchy which only took a little more than 200 years.  Friends Our Enemy Is Washington D.C.   We allowed a tyrannical Government to form right before our eyes.  We allow the Federal Reserve, which is no more federal than Federal Express, to control our Monetary system making interest on fiat money created from thin air at the taxpayers’ expense, we have a government that spends money wastefully on things that if the taxpayers were aware of would surely make us upset and confused with disbelief.  Is this the same government setup by the Founders?  Our Founding Fathers would be crying tears of blood if they could see how off track we have become.  Our current politicians cannot fix today’s problems because THEY ARE TODAY’S PROBLEM.  We cannot let them police themselves because they do not have the willpower, they give into temptation to easily, and they are not Patriots.  This is our job, We The People of The United States.

Congress has been a big disappointment and we need to get new blood into both the House of Representatives and the Senate if we want a real effective change.  The hacks in Congress are just not doing the job, not even trying to do the right job.  If you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem, so it is time to clean House literally.  The Constitution is under continuous attack and Congress sits by idle allowing it to happen and, in fact, at times Congress is the guilty party assaulting our Constitution, the debt is continuously rising without any thought of putting an end to it, greedy politicians are corrupt and have no term limits ensuring their reign for up to possibly 50 years making them career politicians.  They have the power to change this but they choose not to do it.  The time to overthrow the establishment stronghold is now.  It is time to end their oppressive rule.  It is time to break the chains of our false smooth-talking elite class politician.  These politicians promise us change and deliver us the same corruption we are used to seeing and have learned to expect.  It is time for We The People to Take Back Our Country.   

We have come to a pivotal time in American History when we Americans must decide which course to take; the one set by the Founding Fathers ensuring us our Liberty and Freedom while empowering “we the people” against a tyrannical Government, or a controlling government that will attempt to provide all of our everyday essentials if we are willing to sacrifice our Liberty and Freedom for the ‘good’ of the people or what they deem the good of the collective people.  A democracy is a government ruled by the majority of the people.  A Republic is a representative government ruled by Law (the Constitution) that protects even the smallest minority.  The Founding Fathers painstakingly debated and chose to set up a Republic form of government.  This was not an easy process for it took much compromise to make sure all the States various and different needs were met taking years to accomplish.  It did not just happen by chance.  They tried to balance the benefits of a larger centralized government versus a smaller centralized government while keeping the power with the governed and all the while pleasing the very different States.  A Republic is designed to protect the rights of all the people not just the majority; as a democracy can’t make this guarantee because a Law under a Democracy can be easily swayed and changed by the simple majority voting favoring the 51%.  Therefore a democracy has a tendency to degenerate over time into an Oligarchy – a government in which control is exercised by a small group of individuals whose authority generally is based on wealth or power like our Elite Class of today, Totalitarian – a government that seeks to subordinate the individual to the State by controlling not only all political and economic matters, but also the attitudes, values, and beliefs of its population, Socialism – a government in which the means of planning, producing, and distributing goods is controlled by a central government that theoretically seeks a more just and equitable distribution of property and labor, in actuality, most socialist governments have ended up being no more than dictatorships over workers by a ruling elite, Communist – a system of government in which the state plans and controls the economy and a single authoritarian party holds power, state controls are imposed with the elimination of private ownership of property or capital while claiming to make progress toward a higher social order in which all goods are equally shared by the people.

People it is time to Wake Up.  It is Time to awaken from our slumber.  We have waited long enough and I’m aware that it is easier to sit by idly and not get involved but this is our Country at stake and if we allow it to get passed a certain point we may not be able to save our Nation.  Look around, do you see activist groups claiming our American History is nothing to be proud of, do you see statues of Founding Fathers coming down because they offend these groups?  There are efforts to destroy America from within and by destroying our foundation this is a major step in their plan.  Not only are these groups trying to destroy our History but our law, the Constitution.  The Mainstream Media try desperately to silence an opposing view like Fox News, Conservative talk Shows, Free Speech on college and university campuses.    They are trying to disarm us by taking away our freedom of speech and freedom of religion in the 1st Amendment, the 2nd Amendment is under constant attack by the Left never wasting an opportunity and exploiting current events with the ultimate goal of taking away our guns.  Schools are brainwashing our kids putting out an agenda and curriculum that is way Left.  Our kids are being indoctrinated by our education system into the Liberal Progressive Socialist Party beginning at age 5.  The Left controls the Education System at every level.  In Universities where they feel even more cunning some Professors actually identify themselves as Marxists.  In grade schools through High School these Liberal teachers are teaching students to reject Judeo-Christian ethics, which our Country was founded on, in favor of a godless culture or a more politically correct diverse culture.  Since the Department of Education took over our education system the quality of education has declined in all areas – math, reading, English, Science, Civics, History, etc.  Instead of focusing on these topics new topics took precedent like sex education, gender identity, political indoctrination, safe spaces for the overly sensitive students, Heather has two mommies, and other social and moral experiments.  We are seriously just trying to dummy down the population and America.  As far a culturally you can’t watch a football game without a player taking a knee, or raising a fist with little to no resistance from the League executives.  If you watch a Hollywood event every Hollywood star is rambling on about a political cause, or mocking our President as if we really care about their political thoughts during the event.  Political correctness dictates if and when you are allowed to say Merry Christmas or Happy Hanukah, if you disagree with someone outside your race you are deemed a racist.  Everyone today is a victim.  If you are a minority you are taught that you don’t have a fair shot at success because others have “white Privilege”, we are taught that if you do succeed you didn’t do it on your own because society helped you.  Society today puts emphasis on Quotas’ not an individual’s abilities so in an effort to make fair they do just the opposite.  It is actually cool today to be the victim, the days of people wanting to better themselves through hard work is frowned upon.  No one takes responsibilities of their own actions.  It is much easier to just blame the other guy because it is not your fault.  All these knocks to ones psyche are purposely done to make you feel inferior and insecure and Government has found subtle ways to accomplish this.  These Liberals groups are working hard to divide us any way they can.  Our Nations motto is E pluribus Unum, Out of many, One but what happens when these Liberal based groups do not want us to become one?  What happens when they actually want us at odds with each other and fighting amongst ourselves, trying to divide us into small factions in order to destroy America as we know it?  My friends like it or not we are at war.  The battles are happening everyday in the media, by politicians, with Judges, by defiant Cities refusing to follow the Law, by special interest groups spreading hate; the war is going to be won in the election booth.  Liberals are expanding their voting core by lying to minority groups explaining that they are “fighting hard for their rights” when in reality they are actually suppressing them, they are indoctrinating the youth of today in our schools, they are appealing to the poor with their 50 year war on poverty, illegals are being brought in through our porous borders in hope of future allegiance, Seniors are being scared to death that Social Security is going to be taken away by the Republicans, women are being told that Republicans do not care about them, these are the divisionism tactics of the Left.  The truth is Black Lives Don’t Matter to Liberals, Black Votes do!!!  If you look back in our History Republicans have always been on the right side of minority issues.  In fact the Republican Party was started with the sole reason of ending slavery.  In 1860’s not one Republican owned a Slave, Democrats certainly can’t say that.  The KKK was a militant arm of the Left violently intimidating Blacks and Republicans.  Liberals say ‘we got your back women” yet women’s rights are the furthest thing on their minds…..it is all about votes to the Liberals.  The Liberals pretend to have the children’s best interest at heart but they mostly support abortions which allow 700,000 babies a year to be slaughtered.  It all seems to be a game to them trying to divide the people and then appeal to those divided groups with lies and false promises but we are catching on to their twisted game.  Liberals have backed themselves into a corner where they are now forced to defend the Anti-American stance of supporting law breaking illegals over law abiding citizens.  Up has become down, North has become South, the Left is living in the bizarro world.  They are now defending the law breakers, Sanctuary Cities have become the norm where Illegal Law breaking immigrants can find Cities in America willing to lie for them and break the law themselves to give shelter to the Illegals.  They are suing our Federal Government; defying our Federal Government for hopes of future votes…..they have gone mad!!! 

Here is the uncomfortable truth; we have allowed ourselves to be controlled by two Corporations in America.  The GOP and the DNC control every politician in this Country.  They control all 435 House of Representatives, they control every 100 Senator, every Sheriff, every state and local politician, they even control the President.  The GOP and DNC are corporations independent from Government and they call all the shots in America.  They do all their fundraising through their Corporations making deals with all other corporations worldwide all of the richest elites known to walk this Earth.  How many shady deals are going on within the GOP and DNC?  They certainly are not looking to represent the citizens of America but the richest Corporations and unions that fund their businesses.  They are selling the American soul to the highest bidders.  So the Power shifts from “We The People” to the ultimate evil and root of all sin, “MONEY”.   These two political parties do not represent us, they represent money and power.  This is why nothing gets done in government today but this will change soon as we Unite and Take Back Our Country.  The only way to take back our Country is run candidates (at least 200) at one time, that are unified on specific issues that matter to us Americans, get them elected, and take Congress by storm.  We have to Coordinate, Inform, and Unite the people.

WE THE PEOPLE PLEDGE – Return the Power back to the People

1.  “We the People Pledge” is a signed commitment from selected potential Congressmen and potential Senators from around the Nation as well as currently seated Congressmen and Senators.  They are committing to vote for the following 12+ points when they get elected and while they are in office.  They will be bound to this agreement with the citizens and if they fail to honor the contract they will be forced out of office within 30 days of breaking any part of the Pledge.  No more promises by politicians just to get elected then failing to deliver once in office.  We the People have had enough!  We won’t be fooled again!  The website will list the Congressmen and Senators as well as potential Congressmen and potential Senators that have signed the pledge by State, Congressional District and also give a detailed description as to why they were chosen.  We the People will be informed on a daily basis with interaction, communication, and debate with each other and the selected Candidates allowing open and clear transparent discussions.  Never before has there been an open forum like this so we can feel comfortable with our Candidate, uniting together, forcing the politicians to do our will not lining their pockets.  After getting elected the website will hold the Congressmen’s and Senator’s feet to the fire.  This website will insure that all 12+ points will be brought to a vote within the first 2 years.  We the People will be heard, our Will will be done, and the power will be returned back to the people.  Congress will not have a place to hide in Washington DC; Congress will have to respond to the Will of the People and not to a Political Party, Corporations, Unions, or the Lobbyist Groups.  There are 535 of them and 330 million of us.  “We the people” are the Boss and they represent us!!!  The power they have is given to them from The Constitution by us!  I don’t think they get it!!!!  They will not be guided by Money but by the People they represent.  

Our List of Demands:

1)  Restructure the tax code - The objective here is to lower taxes and let the taxpayers keep their money that they earn.  The current tax code is over 74,000 pages.  It provides many loopholes for those wealthy enough to be able to afford an accountant and with the net result of reducing their taxes owed.  You either owe the tax or you don’t.  Eliminate the entire current Federal tax code and start fresh with it fitting on an index card.  We want a simple tax code with ZERO loopholes.

2)  Balance the budget now -   This is the part Politicians really hate because it ties their hands and takes away all their power.  Establish a budget number based on say 15% of the GDP from the previous year.  This is your total budget and the Department of Defense cannot get less than 20% of the proposed budget.  The remaining 80% of the budget is all the politicians have to spend.  Decisions need to be made and CUTS need to be done.  Our Government is bloated, intrusive, wasteful, and not serving the citizen correctly.  They have become too powerful, they have become elitist and are 100% of the problem!  If they want more money to spend they need to do everything possible to increase the GDP.  The more growth in the economy the more money allocated to the future budgets.  We will now finally have all Government working together for the betterment of our Country instead of working for their particular agendas and padding their pockets!  Every expense kept in the budget will be reported in the “We the People” pledge website.  We will know what expenses were eliminating and what expenses were reduced.  They will be watched like hawks making sure America is always the first and top priority.  The years of a $500 hammer are over.

3)  Reduce the size of Government - This will naturally happen because Congress will be forced to make critical decisions based on Balancing the Budget. It is time to eliminate the IRS, Department of Education, Department of Transportation, Department of Energy.  This is just a start.  The IRS was started in 1862 as a revenue-raising measure to help pay for the Civil War.  The Civil War is long over but the IRS monster has been built and growing.  The IRS is a bully organization and we waste well over $13 billion a year here.  The Department of Education was started in 1979 and shifted the focus from local and State Government to the almighty Federal Government.  As a result of this America went from one of the top educations in the World to at best mediocre now.  The education process is now an indoctrination of division and socialism agendas.  It puts America last.  For this reduction of quality education and brainwashing we spend about $70 billion a year.  The Department of Transportation created in 1967 will sve us about $110 billion a year while the Department of Energy will save us about $55 billion a year.  Also, while we are at it eliminate the Federal Reserve.  No one knows how much money this will save us but since Congress does not pay them and since they are not part of our Government who needs them?  Their reign is over!  

If these agencies are eliminated who will do their work?  IRS oversight will return back to Congress.  Let these 535 work for their pay and it will eliminate their free time they spend on telling us which bathrooms we can use, how many sexes exist, and what books we can read!  Don’t forget the tax code was simplified from 74,000 pages to a percentage of your income.

The Department of Education can once again be run by the individual States and Municipalities.  Who better to educate their children than the Community from which they live?  Better representation, quicker communication, and personal attention will create the best results as they did in the past.  The Department of Transportation and Energy will once again be the responsibility of the individual States…..Like the Constitution wanted.  As we allow the Federal Government to grow we absolutely waste money, lose our Freedom, increase the Government’s power, and diminish our God given Rights. It is time to Take Back our Country!  This is not going to be easy but we must analyze every single expense that our Government spends, decide if we need it, if we need it can we reduce the cost of it, condense certain services, and not spend what we don’t have.  This is how it has to be and this is the job of the 535 representing the 330 million of us.  Don’t forget they are not spending the Government’s money; they are spending Our money, the taxpayers!

4)  End corruption in politics – Take money out of Politics.  Now this sounds like a pipe dream but I’m 100% positive we can get 95% of corruption out of politics.  The root of all corruption is Power and Money.  By controlling the size of Government and balancing the budget we virtually eliminated the power issue so now we need to focus on the money.  Not one penny should ever change hands between a Politician and a lobbyist group; this includes anything with a monetary value.  Corporations, Unions, or any group or organization should not be able to donate to any politician or any Political Party.  There is no need for this and only bad can come from it.  A citizen should not be able to donate more than $1000 to an individual candidate and no more than $2500 collectively to a political party per year.  There is absolutely no reason a billion dollars should be spent on any one race or campaign.  We are no longer buying power in this Country.  In this day between Social Media, debates, boots on the ground campaigning, and mainstream media every politician can get their word out to the public.

5)  End Gerrymandering - Both Parties are guilty of this and of course the only loser will be the voter.  This is one of the most unfair and harmful representation of a voter.  The Political Party in charge chops up the Congressional district in such a way that a voter in a rural area is now being lumped in with a city voter possibly 100 miles away.  How is this fair?  What is important to someone in a City most likely is not as important to someone in rural America 100 miles away.  They have different concerns and interest.  Congressional Districts need to be localized with people of the same concerns.  Why do they do this?  Well the answer is simple.  They are dividing up the Congressional districts so their Party has a better chance of winning more of the total Congressional Districts in that State giving their party more representation and giving the voter less and unfair representation.  They just don’t care about you as an individual citizen. 

* Take a State’s population and divide by 760,000.  This will be the total Congressional Districts for that State.  Every State must have at least one Congressional District.  

* The total Representatives Nationwide will equal 435.

* How do you get the number 760,000?  You take the total population of the USA and multiply by .00230303.  As the population increases or decreases so does the 760,000 number.

* Now how do we form a Congressional District?  Each district will start as a circle and the towns and cities within that circle will be part of that district keeping the population as close to 760,000 as possible.  The districts with heavy population will be a smaller circle and less populated will make a larger circle or district.  

* The entire population of a City or Town must be in the same district first.  If the Population of a City or Town is larger than 760,000 then multiple Congressional Districts will be created within that City or Town until there is less than 760,000 population left, in that case, it will be adjoined with the nearest City or Town to make the 760,000 population district.  

* These Congressional Districts will remain in effect until the population census is redone and the amount of Congressional Districts for the State is increased or decreased based on population for that State. 

* The highest remainder of population within the States will get an additional Congressional District until the number reaches 435. 

6)  Term limits for all politicians - This is very simple.

*Max term for House of Representatives is 6 full terms

*Max term for Senate is 2 full terms

That is it…….end of story!

7)  Immigration Process - Secure our Swiss cheese borders which include Walls where needed, Entry Ports to control the flow of immigration, and constant patrolling by the proper authorities.  Secured borders ensure a sovereign Nation.   With all this said our entire immigration policy should not take more than 5 years from entering America to becoming an American Citizen.  In order to be an American Citizen the immigrant will need to pass several test including English, math, and American History.  

8)  Eliminate Fiat Money - Time to get back on to a Standard backing our money….Gold, Silver, Titanium, or Diamonds.  I don’t care which standard is used or a mixture of many but the point being that no money will be printed without actual physical commodities in a vault backing that paper money.  Our money will have true value!

9)  Revamp Social Security - Our Country’s citizens will have individual Savings accounts untouchable by Congress held in the individuals name and part of their Estate.  Those collecting Social Security now will have the choice of keeping the old system or opting into the new system depending on which one is more beneficial to the individual.  Eventually the old system will be eliminated as the new more profitable system will take over.  The new system will pay about 5x more than the old system when implemented.  

10)  Veteran’s Healthcare - Treat them like the hero’s they are and make it an option that any Veteran can and will be able to use all hospitals, doctors, and treatment centers not just the VA system.  “X” amount of years served and or “X” amount of live combat service will entitle them to free healthcare for life and lesser years of service will qualify them for a % to be determined. 

11)  One Bill at a time - Elimination of Omnibus Bills so that each Bill or item within the Bill must stand on its own merit.  There will be no built in pork.  Absolutely zero pork because nothing will be written into a Bill that is not voted on individually.  These 1200 page Bills are an excuse to hide pet projects and corrupt agendas.  If an item in a Bill is voted down it comes out of that Bill which is trying to be squeezed through Congress.  If someone wants to write a 1200 page Bill Congress can spend their time voting on each item in the Bill singularly.  What passes can remain in the Bill and what doesn’t pass must come out of the Bill.

12)  Electoral College Process - Winner does NOT take all.  The Congressional Districts will be well represented and every Congressional District’s vote will count for each State.  The two Senate votes will go to the majority district winner of the State.  If the Congressional Districts for the State are tied the Senate votes will be split.  This will assure fair representation throughout each State and prevent candidates from only campaigning in the bigger cities.  I will use my State of New Jersey as an example.  If the Congressional Districts end up being 7 districts for candidate “x” and 5 districts for candidate “y” the two Senate votes would go for Candidate “x” making the new total 9 for “x’ and 5 for “y” instead of the current system tally of 14 for “x” and 0 for “y”.  Which outcome shows a fairer representation of the State 9-5 or 14-0???  This is how it was done prior to the change in 1824.

These 12 promises to the people is the Pledge that Congress will perform on each and every one of these issues,  The website is the tool to communicate on a daily basis and will make all issues transparent with simple clear language, it will post the daily progress on each issue, it will show who in Congress are supporting each issue and additionally signing onto the pledge, more importantly it will show who in Congress are not supporting each issue and refuse to sign the pledge, it will let the people know how they can get involved with each issue, it will let the people know who to contact and list the contact information, and it will be updated daily having an open forum for direct communication with and between the people making sure our voices are heard and all concerns about our Country  are addressed.  No more will the citizens feel as if their voices are silenced, never again will a politician ever say “we have to pass the Bill before you can find out what is in the Bill”.  This is our Country, these politicians work for US, and the elitist attitude is over.

Why will this work?  It puts all our ideas on paper in one complete source using clear and concise language, no legal ease to confuse We The People, it makes everyone work towards a common goal, it unifies the people giving them a powerful voice, it keeps the people involved on a daily basis, IT MAKES THE CONGRESS ACCOUNTABLE AND ANSWER TO WE THE PEOPLE (their bosses) making it impossible for them to hide in Washington DC, it keeps us focused with our eyes on the prize.  The website will show We The People that we are winning and constantly moving towards our goal in the right direction.  The end result is AMERICA WINS!!!!
