1) Foreign Welfare Loan Act

*All money going to foreign Countries will be Loans

*All foreign aid not secured by a ratified treaty shall be considered a loan with interest paid back to the United States 

*Let’s stop adding to our debt, depleting America’s wealth, and let’s start building our accounts receivable 

2) The Fair Consumption Tax (a federal sales tax)
*all other Federal taxes will be eliminated 

*No more April 15th filing

*Government does not need to know your income  *This tax will be anonymous

*Tax base goes from 40%?..to well over 100%

*Illegals will pay taxes 

*Tourists will pay taxes 

*Everyone pays taxes based on purchases excluding necessities 

*Let the individual States collect the Federal Tax and send that money to the Federal Government and nothing more…..school taxes stay with the State.  Time to weaken the Federal Government!

*The taxpayer will have zero deducted from their paycheck for Federal taxe.  The Federal government is not our business partner.

*90% of the IRS can be eliminated and they will no longer be a bully agency

3) Balanced Budget Act

*a budget will be created not to exceed our Total Revenue 

* you can’t spend what you don’t have
